1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 888f.bio, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the 888f platform, you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 888f platform.

2.2 Single Account. Each individual natural person may maintain only one (1) 888f account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly as required. 888f is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 888f makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Access to 888f does not constitute an invitation or offer in any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.

2.5 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 888f immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your credentials or account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 888f operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documentation, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Until identity verification is complete, 888f may impose withdrawal limits or suspend withdrawal functionality. Deposits made prior to verification do not entitle you to withdrawals if verification cannot be completed to 888f's satisfaction.

3.3 888f reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, particularly where suspicious activity is detected or where account details have changed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Methods. The 888f cashier currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and minimum/maximum limits are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit for JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200. The minimum deposit for bank transfer methods (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) is Rs 1,000. Minimum deposit amounts for USDT TRC20 are displayed in the cashier at time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. 888f is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are processed within the same business day for verified accounts subject to banking hours.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit and withdraw funds from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.

4.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888f does not accept or pay in foreign currencies for PKR-method transactions. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of processing.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to 888f's betting rules specific to each product (sports betting, casino, slots, pool rummy, volleyball). 888f reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, prices, or game conditions.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888f platform:

• Collusion between multiple account holders to influence game or bet outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors
• Match fixing, manipulation, or exploitation of insider information
• Any conduct that defrauds 888f, other users, or third-party payment processors

5.3 Right to Void or Suspend. 888f reserves the unconditional right to void bets, withhold winnings, close accounts, and retain balances where prohibited conduct is identified. Such decisions are final and not subject to reversal.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a platform technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects bet placement, game outcome, or balance crediting, 888f will investigate and apply a fair resolution. 888f is not liable for losses incurred due to User hardware or internet connectivity failures.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 888f may offer deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

6.2 888f reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Withdrawal of deposited real money funds prior to completion of bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 888f's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 888f is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Suspension, Closure and Termination

888f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, where the account presents an unacceptable risk, or where required by law or regulatory instruction. On closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Amendments to These Terms

888f reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via on-site notification prior to taking effect. Continued use of the 888f platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law
